管道的雷电防护和电涌保护

防止破坏,控制干扰电压

管道通常沿着高压线路或铁路线敷设。如果它们在较长的距离上平行运行,外部电压会对管道产生负面影响,导致管道磨损及腐蚀破坏。

人员安全至关重要

如果管道上的电势过高,可能会导致不可接受的高接触电压,这可能会对处于管道开放区域或处于维护工作的人员安全产生威胁。

干扰电压危及人员安全,对系统及组件产生交流腐蚀。

高压线路、电气化铁路或雷击等干扰源会产生杂散电流和电磁场。通过大地侵入管道,改变其电势,从而导致交流腐蚀。

泄漏导致高额成本

结果可能导致泄漏。这会对您的资产和环境产生巨大的破坏,从而导致高额成本:复杂的管道修复,供气网故障,气体泄漏造成的巨额索赔等。

 

如何保护管道

被动防腐

第一步是被动防腐,即在管道上涂保护漆。然而,单靠这一点是不够的,即使是涂层上的小缺陷也会很快导致管道上的局部腐蚀。采用主动防腐,安全程度更高。

主动防腐

阴极防腐是阻止电化学腐蚀有效的方法。保护电流(直流)可以防止在涂层缝隙处产生电流。

特别为阴极保护系统设计:VCSD

这种智能耦合控压装置,可以抑制暂态过电压和长时间过电压。它还可以保护人员免受高接触电压的危害。

EXFS同轴接线箱

采用EXFS同轴接线箱,可以保护处于危险区域管道的绝缘接头。为了使定期检查更容易,同轴接线箱内置的隔离火花间隙EXFS 100安装在危险区域之外。
