变电站的雷电防护/接地

IEC 62561《防雷系统部件性能要求和测试方法》的性能测试,其中包括腐蚀试验

(盐雾试验,硫化物试验),雷电流冲击试验(100KA 10/350us),机械拉伸试验

及过渡电阻和松动扭矩等电气性能的测试,在严苛的试验条件下确保连接夹具的

技术性能和质量满足恶劣的安装环境。由于安装过程中不破坏防雷系统材料的防腐

蚀镀层,不瞬间加热(电焊和热熔焊)破坏连接处的机械强度,确保了整个防雷系

统的使用寿命得以延长,并且,由于不需要明火,对安装环境,天气,安装工人的

技术水平要求较低,由此体现安装便捷/可靠/耐腐蚀性高和节约安装及维护成本的明

显优势。

DEHN先进的综合防护理念同时体现在对被保护厂区设备和人体安全的具体措施上,如为防止天面设备与接闪系统之间出现因隔离距离不够导致空气放电的风险而研发出的HVI高压绝缘引下线系统,如防止因人体接触裸露引下线而导致触电风险的CUI高电压隔离导线等等,这些理念和技术亦已被国际认可并写入IEC标准和国家标准。

 

DEHN是全球雷电防护的引领者,一百多年来一直专注于雷电防护的研究和推广,作为IEC/TC 81的核心编委起草了多份影响世界的防雷标准,如IEC 62305 (国标GB 50057深度参考), IEC 61643(国标GB 18802等同采纳), IEC 62561等等,作为先进防雷技术的传播者,由多名DEHN防雷专家编制的专业书籍《防雷指南》被编译为多种语言在全球各地正式出版,在中国作为大学教材在香港理工大学,成都信息工程学院开设了专门的合作课程。
